Food Donations

We are gratefully able to accept food donations at the food bank between 10:30 and 11:45 on a Wednesday morning. There is no longer any need to pre-arrange your drop off.

NO OPENED OR OUT OF DATE FOOD PLEASE.

If you are a large organisation looking to get help redistributing excess stock, we would be grateful if you could get in touch. Please send us an email at the address above.

Monetary Donations

The Food Bank became a registered charity in 2017. It relies entirely on donated funds and grants to operate. Moving forward, we are aiming to build a solid financial foundation to ensure the service we provide can continue, develop and improve. Monetary donations enable us to purchase much needed items for the Food Bank, subject to their demand, and also to support the employment of our Coordinator. Every contribution is gratefully received and directly supports the work that we do.

The easiest way to donate to us is via PayPal, using the link here. There is the option to add gift aid from the email receipt after you have donated.

When making a monetary donation, please sign up for Gift Aid if you pay UK tax. If you do this we can then claim your tax back, which means an extra 25% goes to the food bank at no extra cost to you.
